Passion Pulse - Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Passion Pulse! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our photography services. By booking with Passion Pulse, you agree to these terms.
2. Booking and Payment
- A deposit of 50% of the total service fee is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot.
- Payments can be made via e-transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved payment methods.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed-upon rate.
- Pay Now and Save the Day: Clients have the option to pay in full at the time of booking to secure their spot. If cancellation occurs, a credit for a future session is available. If a credit is not chosen, a penalty will apply, and a portion of the refund will be deducted (25%) - Subject to change
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will forfeit the deposit.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability, and one reschedule is allowed without additional fees if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.
- No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
- Cancellation Fees: If a session is canceled, a penalty will apply due to the time blocked off for the client, preventing other bookings. Clients may choose to receive a credit for a future session. If a credit is not chosen, a deduction will be applied to any refund issued.
4. Late Arrivals
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice may have their session shortened to accommodate other bookings.
- If a client is more than 30 minutes late, the session may be canceled without a refund at Passion Pulse’s discretion.
5. Refund Policy
- Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where Passion Pulse cancels the session due to unforeseen circumstances.
- If the session cannot proceed due to extreme weather or emergency situations, the deposit may be applied to a future session.
- If a client cancels and does not choose a credit for a future session, a portion of the refund will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
6. Image Delivery and Usage
- Edited photos will be delivered within 2-3 weeks after the session. Rush edits may be available for an additional fee.
- Passion Pulse retains the right to use images for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Clients may use images for personal and social media use but cannot alter, edit, or sell them without permission.
7. Copyright and Ownership
- Passion Pulse retains full copyright of all images taken. Clients receive a license for personal use but may not sell or distribute the images without written consent.
8. Liability and Responsibility
- Passion Pulse is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or property damage that occur during the shoot.
- Clients are responsible for their personal belongings and ensuring all necessary permissions (e.g., location permits) are obtained.
9. Force Majeure
- Passion Pulse is not responsible for cancellations or delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or emergencies.
