1. Introduction
Welcome to Passion Pulse! These Terms and Conditions outline the policies for our photography and videography services. By booking a session with Passion Pulse, you agree to the following terms.
2. Booking and Payment
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits will be enforced and credited toward your final balance.
- The remaining balance is due on the day of the session, prior to the start of shooting.
- All clients are required to sign a physical contract on the day of the session before any work begins.
- Payments may be made via e-transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.
- Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed-upon rate.
Pay Now & Save the Day: Clients may pay in full at the time of booking to guarantee their spot. If cancellation occurs, clients may opt for a credit toward a future session. If a refund is requested instead, a 25% deduction will apply (subject to change).
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will forfeit the deposit.
- One reschedule is permitted at no additional cost if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance. Further rescheduling is subject to availability and additional fees.
- No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
- If a session is canceled by the client, a cancellation penalty will apply. Clients may choose to receive a credit for a future session, or request a refund with a deduction applied.
4. Late Arrivals
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice may have their session shortened to accommodate other bookings.
- If a client is more than 30 minutes late, the session may be canceled without a refund at Passion Pulse’s discretion.
5. Refund Policy
- Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where Passion Pulse cancels the session due to unforeseen circumstances.
- If the session cannot proceed due to extreme weather or emergency situations, the deposit may be applied to a future session.
- If a client cancels and does not choose a credit for a future session, a portion of the refund will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
6. Image Delivery and Usage
- Edited photos will be delivered within 2-3 weeks after the session. Rush edits may be available for an additional fee.
- Passion Pulse retains the right to use images for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Clients may use images for personal and social media use but cannot alter, edit, or sell them without permission.
7. Copyright and Ownership
- Passion Pulse retains full copyright of all images taken. Clients receive a license for personal use but may not sell or distribute the images without written consent.
8. Liability and Responsibility
- Passion Pulse is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or property damage that occur during the shoot.
- Clients are responsible for their personal belongings and ensuring all necessary permissions (e.g., location permits) are obtained.
9. Force Majeure
- Passion Pulse is not responsible for cancellations or delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or emergencies.
